Shopping with Academic Poster UK

You must be 18 or over to purchase goods from this website. You can Order Products in the following ways:

When you place an Order for a Product in any of the ways described above (“Order”), you are agreeing to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms. When you place your Order online, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation is produced automatically. Acceptance of your order is confirmed when we verify file quality and availability. Academic Poster UK may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so.

Price

The price for each product is shown on the website and includes VAT where applicable.

  • We strive to ensure all prices are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel.

  • Prices are quoted in GBP £ Sterling.

  • Standard Delivery is FREE. Next Day Delivery is available for £5.99.

Payment

All orders must be paid for before printing and delivery. We accept:

To ensure shopping is secure, your details are encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorized access.

Availability and Printing

We aim to keep our paper stocks (Satin, Matte, Fabric) up to date. If we cannot supply a specific material, we will notify you immediately.

  • Same-Day Printing: Orders must be placed and files uploaded by 2:00 PM GMT to be printed the same day.

  • File Quality: It is the user’s responsibility to provide high-resolution files (PDF recommended). We are not liable for pixelation resulting from low-quality source files.

Delivery

Academic Poster UK delivers to all destinations inside the UK, including university campuses and halls of residence.

  • Standard Delivery: FREE (2-3 working days).

  • Next Day Delivery: £5.99 (Order before 2pm).

  • We use professional couriers and ship all posters in protective tubes. While we make every effort to deliver within the stated time, we are not liable for losses caused by courier delays.

Copyright and Usage

Academic Poster UK does not give you any right or interest in any copyright of the website design or marketing materials.

  • You represent that you own the copyright or have permission to print the files you upload.

  • You may use this site for personal, non-commercial use to view and order posters.

Privacy and Data

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR. Information collected (name, email, address) is used to process your order and provide digital proofs. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Returns and Faulty Products

Due to the custom nature of academic posters, we cannot accept returns for “change of mind” or user-generated errors (e.g., typos or low-res images provided by the customer).

  • If a product is defective (e.g., printing errors made by us or damage during transit), please contact us at hello@academicposter.uk within 24 hours of receipt.

  • We will offer a reprint or a full refund for verified faulty goods.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Proofs: If you request a digital proof, we will not print until you have provided written approval. This may affect your delivery timeline.

  • Accuracy: We try to make product descriptions as accurate as possible.

  • Service: We provide our services with reasonable skill and care but cannot guarantee that the website will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted.

General

Academic Poster UK may refuse access to the website or cancel orders upon breach of these terms. These terms are subject to the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
