Always check your conference presenter guidelines first. Most UK conferences ask for A0 (841 × 1189 mm) in portrait, and some smaller events ask for A1 (594 × 841 mm). If your conference gives a different size, we can print to your exact dimensions.
Order Before 12PM Monday to Friday and we print your poster the same day. Standard delivery is free and takes 2–3 days. For faster delivery choose DPD Next Day (£9.99) or Special Delivery by 1PM (£12.99).
Both are 260gsm. Choose satin for colourful posters with photos and charts, as it gives richer colours. Choose matte for text-heavy posters or venues with bright lights, as it has no glare.
A PDF works best, but we also accept JPG and PNG up to 150MB. Set the exact poster size before you start designing, use images at 300 DPI and embed all fonts.
