Diversity & Inclusion Poster

A diversity poster for schools and workplaces

A diversity poster is a simple, positive way to celebrate the many backgrounds, cultures and identities that make up your school or organisation. Our diversity and inclusion posters remind everyone that differences are a strength and that every person deserves to feel welcome, respected and included.

These four designs suit every setting, from a cheerful crayon poster for primary classrooms to clean, modern designs for offices and public buildings. Each one is printed in the UK on thick 260gsm paper with bright, rich colour.

Four diversity and inclusion poster designs

Choose a design from the Design menu above and the main image switches to show it.

Design 1 – “Diversity Is Our Strength”

A heart made of raised hands in many skin tones and colours, with the line together we are better. A bright, uplifting choice for halls, corridors and receptions.

Design 2 – “Inclusion Starts With I”

Bold white lettering on teal, with the letter I highlighted to show that inclusion begins with each of us: listen, include and respect everyone. Ideal for offices, staff rooms and colleges.

Design 3 – “Different Is Beautiful”

A row of smiling crayons in every colour standing together, with the message we all bring our own colour. Made for EYFS and primary classrooms.

Design 4 – “All Are Welcome Here”

An open yellow door with hearts floating out and the reassuring words whoever you are, you belong. Perfect for entrances, receptions and classroom doors.

Why diversity posters matter

People feel more confident and do their best work when they feel they belong. Visible messages of inclusion show pupils, staff and visitors that differences are valued, help challenge stereotypes and support schools and employers in meeting their equality commitments. They also give teachers and managers an easy starting point for conversations about respect and fairness.

How to use diversity and inclusion posters

In primary schools, use Design 3 in a lesson about what makes each of us unique, then display pupils’ self-portraits around it. In secondary schools and colleges, Designs 1 and 2 can introduce PSHE and citizenship discussions about identity and community. In workplaces, place Design 2 in meeting rooms and Design 4 at the entrance to set the tone for everyone who walks in.

Combine this range with our anti-racism poster and Black History Month poster for a complete equality display, or add our be kind poster for younger pupils. For citizenship lessons, add our human rights poster. Our equality poster lists the 9 protected characteristics for staff rooms. To celebrate LGBTQ+ inclusion, see our Pride Month poster.
