Anti-Racism Poster

An anti-racism poster for schools and workplaces

An anti-racism poster sends a clear, visible message: racism is not tolerated here, and everyone is welcome. In schools it supports your behaviour and equality policies and gives pupils confidence to speak up. In workplaces it shows staff, customers and visitors that your organisation is committed to respect and inclusion.

These four designs suit every setting, from a friendly illustrated poster for primary classrooms to bold statement designs for secondary schools and an elegant poster for offices. Each one is printed in the UK on thick 260gsm paper with sharp, vibrant colour.

Four anti-racism poster designs

Choose a design from the Design menu above and the main image switches to show it.

Design 1 – “Racism Has No Place Here”

Heavy black lettering with “No” highlighted in red, above a row of circles in many skin tones and the line everyone is welcome, everyone is respected. A powerful statement for entrances and receptions.

Design 2 – “Speak Up Against Racism”

A bold megaphone on bright orange with a clear call to action: if you see it or hear it, report it. Ideal for secondary schools, colleges and youth settings.

Design 3 – “Everyone Belongs Here”

Happy children of many backgrounds holding hands around a smiling Earth, with the message we celebrate our differences. Made for EYFS and primary classrooms.

Design 4 – “Be Anti-Racist”

An elegant forest green design with three simple steps: listen, learn, act. A calm, professional choice for offices, staff rooms and public buildings.

Why anti-racism posters matter

Pupils and staff who experience racism often worry that nobody will take it seriously. A visible poster shows that your school or organisation has a clear position and that reporting is encouraged. It also helps everyone understand that being anti-racist means more than avoiding racist behaviour; it means noticing it, challenging it and supporting the people affected.

How to use anti-racism posters

Introduce the posters in an assembly, tutor time or team meeting, and explain how pupils and staff can report racist incidents. Place Design 2 next to your reporting information, and use Design 3 in primary classrooms to talk about difference, fairness and kindness. In secondary schools, Designs 1 and 2 can open discussions in PSHE, history and citizenship lessons.

Combine this range with our Black History Month poster in October and our anti-bullying poster all year for a whole-school message of respect. To celebrate differences too, add our diversity poster. Our human rights poster explains the rights we all share. For a bold statement, add our Black Lives Matter poster.
