Be Kind Poster – Printed Kindness Posters for Schools & Workplaces

A Be Kind poster for every classroom, corridor and staffroom

Kindness is one of the easiest values to talk about and one of the hardest to keep visible. A Be Kind poster puts that message where people see it every day — reminding pupils to include each other, encouraging staff to look after themselves, and setting a warm, welcoming tone for everyone who walks through the door.

Unlike warning-style posters, kindness posters lead with the behaviour you want to see. That positive framing works well alongside your behaviour policy, anti-bullying work and PSHE curriculum, and it is just as useful in nurseries, colleges, libraries, offices and community spaces as it is in schools.

Choose from four Be Kind poster designs

Pick your design from the Design menu above — the main image changes to show the design you’ve chosen, and the number matches the label on each image.

Design 1 – “Be Kind: Kind words. Kind hands. Kind hearts.”

A cheerful rainbow illustration of children sharing, helping and hugging, including a pupil in a wheelchair. Made for primary schools, nurseries and early years settings, it turns kindness into three easy-to-remember actions. Ideal for classroom walls, reading corners and entrance halls.

Design 2 – “Choose Kind. It costs nothing and means everything.”

A bold, hot-pink typographic poster for secondary schools, colleges and workplaces. Clean and grown-up, it stands out in busy corridors, form rooms, canteens and offices without feeling childish.

Design 3 – “Be Kind to Yourself. Rest. Breathe. Ask for help.”

A gentle botanical watercolour that reminds people kindness starts at home. Perfect for staffrooms, pastoral offices, wellbeing rooms and counselling spaces, and a thoughtful addition to any mental health and wellbeing display.

Design 4 – “Ways to Be Kind”

A practical classroom poster with four everyday actions: smile and say hello, include someone new, help without being asked and say thank you. Great for PSHE lessons, circle time and behaviour displays, and easy for younger pupils to act on.

Want your own wording or a pupil-designed kindness poster? Choose Upload Your Design and we’ll print it to the same quality — see our artwork guide for file requirements. For a wider wellbeing display, add our mental health awareness poster. Our It’s OK Not To Be OK poster reminds everyone that difficult days are normal. Our self-care poster encourages pupils to look after themselves too. Every October, add our Black History Month poster to celebrate history and heritage.
