Kindness Matters Poster – Printed Kindness Posters for Schools

Kindness posters that get people doing kind things

Most kindness posters tell people to be kind. Ours are designed to show why kindness matters and to give pupils and staff simple ways to act on it. A kindness poster in the right place turns a school value into a daily habit — whether that’s sitting with someone new at lunch, thanking a teacher, or remembering that small acts make a big difference to the people around you.

The Kindness Matters range works alongside your behaviour policy, PSHE lessons, assemblies and anti-bullying work, and it is just as useful in offices, care settings and community spaces.

Choose from four kindness poster designs

Select a design from the Design menu above and the main image will switch to show it. Each design is labelled with its number on the product images.

Design 1 – “Kindness Matters: Kindness grows when we share it.”

A warm illustration of children watering a tree whose leaves are hearts — a gentle way to show younger pupils that every kind act helps something grow. Made for primary schools, nurseries and early years classrooms, reading corners and entrance halls.

Design 2 – “Kindness Is Strength. It takes courage to be kind.”

A bold, forest-green typographic poster for secondary schools, colleges and youth settings. It reframes kindness as courage rather than softness — a message that lands with teenagers in corridors, form rooms and changing rooms.

Design 3 – “Kindness Challenge”

An interactive classroom poster with five everyday challenges: compliment a classmate, sit with someone new, help tidy up, write a kind note and thank a teacher. Pupils tick each box as they complete it, making it ideal for PSHE, circle time, form time and kindness weeks. Choose matte paper if you plan to write on it.

Design 4 – “Your Kindness Matters. More than you know.”

An elegant paper-cut design of two hands holding a heart, for staffrooms, offices, pastoral areas and wellbeing spaces. A quiet thank-you to the people whose kindness keeps a school or workplace going.

Have your own kindness artwork, such as a pupil competition winner? Choose Upload Your Design and we’ll print it to the same quality. See our artwork guide for file requirements. Pair it with our mental health awareness poster to encourage pupils and staff to talk. For growth mindset displays, see our motivational poster.
