How to use stress awareness posters
Teach box breathing in a tutor time, PSHE lesson or team meeting, then leave Design 1 on the wall so people can practise it on their own. Put Design 2 near your wellbeing noticeboard alongside details of who to talk to, and Design 3 beside desks, printers and kitchens as a gentle prompt to take regular breaks.

Same-Day Printing

Packaging
All posters are carefully rolled and shipped in a protective poster tube to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. The tube is made from sturdy cardboard and includes end caps for maximum protection.
